Pastor Sam Smucker
Pastor Sam is the Founding Pastor of Worship Center in Lancaster, PA.
Pastor Sam & Sherlyn pastored Worship Center for 40 years. In 2017, they handed the Lead Pastor role to Pastor Matt Mylin. In this new season of ministry, Sam & Sherlyn have a vision to encourage and strengthen pastors, ministry leaders, and churches to fulfill their calling. Pastor Sam & Sherlyn currently oversee Worship Center Ministers Network and are Regional Directors of the northeast region of Rhema Ministerial Association International. Sam & Sherlyn speak at churches, pastors' & leaders’ gatherings, and Bible schools, both stateside and internationally. They meet with pastors one-on-one to give counsel and encouragement. Both graduated from Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Sam has written a book, “Renewing the Mind, and co-authored 2 books, “The Fruit of the Spirit” and “Straight Talk to Leaders.” Sherlyn has written 3 devotionals. Sam & Sherlyn have 4 children, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren and reside in New Holland, PA.

Theresa Fackler is the owner of EnVision Train Fitness, a Lancaster-based fitness community built to help people become stronger, more confident, and better equipped for life.
Through boxing fitness, personal training, health and wellness coaching, and community-centered classes, Theresa has created an environment that welcomes people at every stage of their fitness journey. Her work is rooted in the belief that movement can be a powerful tool for personal transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Theresa is passionate about helping people “fight back” in whatever season they are facing, whether that means rebuilding confidence, pursuing health, overcoming personal obstacles, or stepping into a stronger version of themselves. Her leadership combines encouragement, accountability, resilience, and a genuine investment in the people she serves.

LaTricia Morris is The Brand Revivalist and author of Brand Power Moves: The Masters' Playbook to Making Your Brand Your Unfair Advantage.
A Brand Master Academy-certified strategist, LaTricia has a vision for helping business owners cross the chasm from where they are to tapping into the best of their God-given potential. She believes in people—in the power of understanding who you've been created to be and running all out in that calling.
LaTricia is passionate about business as a mechanism for marketplace ministry; not just in praying over people during the workday, but in using it as a driver of culture and creating spaces where people flourish.
LaTricia started as a bootstrapped entrepreneur who built her business with less than $400, a ton of grit and a ton of prayer. She loves helping companies embrace the power of brand to drive the mission forward to building companies that are virtually impossible to ignore.

Ronald Bare, CKA®, CFP®, is the Founder and CEO of Bare Wealth Advisors.
Ron started Bare Wealth Advisors in 2001 with a strong desire to guide individuals, families, and businesses in stewarding their wealth according to biblical principles. Almost 25 years later, that desire has grown into a vision that through intentional stewardship and extravagant giving, generous people can shift the culture and change the world for the glory of God.
Ron daily leads a team of twenty, including eight advisors, in this endeavor. He believes that God's Word contains a holistic outline for stewarding wealth and is passionate to encourage others in giving, saving, spending and investing in things that matter to God.
Ron has a degree in Finance, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) as well as a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®). Ron is on the Advisory Council for National Christian Foundation (NCF) Lancaster and also serves as Vice President on Worship Center's board of directors.
Ron and his wife Tina have four children and reside on their 6th generation family farm in Atglen. Ron enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Kim Miller
Kim Miller is a founding family member and ministry coordinator of the renowned Sight & Sound Theaters.
As the oldest daughter of Sight & Sound’s founders, Glenn and Shirley Eshelman, Kim has had a front row seat to the ministry’s 50-year journey. In 2006, ownership officially shifted to the second generation of the Eshelman family, placing ownership in the hands of Kim and her three sisters.
Passionate about carrying on the family legacy, Kim currently serves as the Ministry Coordinator and a member of the Sight & Sound board. In these roles, she provides oversight to the company’s ongoing ministry opportunities, while helping to steward Sight & Sound’s path towards the future.
Kim and her husband have always called Lancaster, PA home. It brings them great joy to watch many of their children and grandchildren join the family’s ministry.
As your MC for the day, Mike will guide the experience, welcoming each speaker to the stage, keeping the energy high, and ensuring a seamless flow from session to session.

He has over 15 years of experience in management and marketing. He is a passionate Christian radio host, podcast host, and YouTube content creator.
Michael loves using his platform to inspire and engage audiences with meaningful conversations and insights.

Bridging the gap
For years, I've engaged in conversations pivoting around entrepreneurship and impact. I believe the two should absolutely go hand-in-hand.
I believe in trusting God for big things and getting after it. I also believe in the power of partnering with Him to leverage whatever's in our hands to create an impact that will echo through the generations, and all to His glory.

Last year, the Christian Leadership Summit filled every available seat, welcoming more than 60 attendees. We had people reaching out for months saying they'd heard about what happened and didn't want to miss the next. Better still were the testimonies we received for better than 8 months after hosting our first event.
This year, we’re expanding our seating configuration with a goal of welcoming 150. Yes, a large group but still manageable enough for meaningful connections.

Who is this summit for?
Driven Christian entrepreneurs and business owners who want to grow their companies with biblical principles and strategic excellence. This is for leaders ready to take action.
What if I can’t attend the whole day?
We highly recommend clearing your schedule. Each session is designed to build on the last, and the networking is a critical component of the experience. Partial attendance will limit your ROI.
Is lunch included?
Yes. A catered lunch from WEPA! for Jesus is included with your ticket.
Can I bring someone with me?
Every attendee requires a ticket. To bring a young entrepreneur (18-25), you can sponsor their seat for $85.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee with advance notice.
What if a speaker cancels?
In the rare case of a speaker cancellation, we will secure a replacement of equal caliber. Speaker changes are not grounds for a refund.
What about weather-related cancellations?
If the event is postponed due to severe weather, all tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
