Matt Mylin is the lead pastor of Worship Center.
Matt Mylin has been serving as lead pastor of Worship Center since 2017. He grew up in Lancaster County and has been part of the church since childhood, which gives him a deep love for this community. His mission is to help people and churches align with God’s kingdom and discover their purpose in Him.
Matt and his wife, Kelly, have three adult children. They love Jesus, they love investing in the next generation, and they are grateful to be part of the vision God has given Worship Center. They desire to build a community of people who know Jesus, grow together, and be mobilized into advancing Kingdom initiatives both here and around the world.

He has been married to his soulmate, Helen, for almost 9 years. Together, they have the privilege and blessing of raising their four joyful children, Caroline, Amelia, Lily, and Miles.

Ronald Bare, CKA®, CFP®, is the Founder and CEO of Bare Wealth Advisors.
Ron started Bare Wealth Advisors in 2001 with a strong desire to guide individuals, families, and businesses in stewarding their wealth according to biblical principles. Almost 25 years later, that desire has grown into a vision that through intentional stewardship and extravagant giving, generous people can shift the culture and change the world for the glory of God.
Ron daily leads a team of twenty, including eight advisors, in this endeavor. He believes that God's Word contains a holistic outline for stewarding wealth and is passionate to encourage others in giving, saving, spending and investing in things that matter to God.
Ron has a degree in Finance, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) as well as a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®). Ron is on the Advisory Council for National Christian Foundation (NCF) Lancaster and also serves as Vice President on Worship Center's board of directors.
Ron and his wife Tina have four children and reside on their 6th generation family farm in Atglen. Ron enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Who is this summit for?
Driven Christian entrepreneurs and business owners who want to grow their companies with biblical principles and strategic excellence. This is for leaders ready to take action.
What if I can’t attend the whole day?
We highly recommend clearing your schedule. Each session is designed to build on the last, and the networking is a critical component of the experience. Partial attendance will limit your ROI.
Is lunch included?
Yes. A catered lunch from WEPA! for Jesus is included with your ticket.
Can I bring someone with me?
Every attendee requires a ticket. To bring a young entrepreneur (18-25), you can sponsor their seat for $85.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee with advance notice.
What if a speaker cancels?
In the rare case of a speaker cancellation, we will secure a replacement of equal caliber. Speaker changes are not grounds for a refund.
What about weather-related cancellations?
If the event is postponed due to severe weather, all tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
